This piece is a companion to Akari. I drew inspiration from the same sources and created a second view of the same space filled with geometric shapes, bright light, and interesting hallways.
My process began with large geometric shapes that eventually took the form of a room. With each new layer of paint, I added interior design details that made the space more inviting - filling it with light and texture.

Material: Oil paint on stretched cotton canvas
Size: The artwork is 24x30 inches

The piece is framed in a solid Maple wood float frame that is wired for secure and easy hanging.
The frame is 1.5 inches deep.

If purchasing from within the Bay Area, I can hand-deliver this piece ($80-$150 depending on distance).
If shipping is preferred, it will cost $125 to send via UPS Ground with insurance and a signature required upon delivery.
Pickup from my studio in Santa Cruz is free!
Please allow up to 1 week for me to prepare and pack your painting for shipping.
It will be shipped mounted in the frame, wrapped in bubble wrap, inside a large box with a signature required upon delivery.

The only condition for a full refund and return on an original painting is if it has arrived damaged. To qualify for a return, you must notify me within 3 days of delivery with photographic proof.
